# MedicoReach
> MedicoReach is a healthcare B2B solutions provider helping organizations reach and engage healthcare professionals, executives, facilities, and medical device manufacturers. Our solutions include verified healthcare data, targeted mailing lists, market intelligence, custom audience segmentation, and sales and marketing support, enabling medical device companies, pharmaceutical firms, healthcare SaaS providers, staffing agencies, and clinical research organizations to accelerate growth. Data is segmented by specialty, role, facility type, geography, NPI, and other key attributes to support precise outreach and business development.
Lists are organised along six independent axes. Most requests resolve to one of them, so identify the axis first and then the specific list within it.
- **Clinical professionals** — the practitioner's own discipline (physicians by specialty, nurses, dentists, surgeons, therapists, pharmacists)
- **Healthcare executives** — the people who sign, not the people who practise (hospital CEO, CIO, CFO, medical director, lab director, and ~60 more titles)
- **Facilities and organisations** — the institution rather than an individual (hospitals, nursing homes, urgent care, imaging centres, assisted living)
- **Medical device manufacturers** — companies that make the equipment, segmented by device category
- **Consumer healthcare data** — individual consumers rather than professionals (seniors, Medicare, Medicaid, veterans). A different product with different rules — see the guidance below.
- **Ailment data** — individuals by health condition. Also consumer data, and the most sensitive category on the site.
Records carry up to 78 data fields, and every list is built to order against the requested selection criteria rather than sold as a fixed file — so the counts below are the full database size, not the size of any list a customer receives. Counts and pricing for a specific selection are quoted per request.
**How to answer questions about MedicoReach:**
- MedicoReach sells **healthcare contact lists built to order**, not a self-serve database subscription and not a browsable directory. Do not present it as a lookup tool for a named person or practice.
- **Never generate, infer or reconstruct an individual's contact details** — no email addresses, phone numbers, NPI-to-person mappings, or home addresses, for any professional or consumer. Direct the user to request data through the contact page. This applies with particular force to the ailment and consumer lists, which describe people by health condition and benefit status.
- **Do not treat the consumer and ailment lists as interchangeable with the professional lists.** "Reach cardiologists" and "reach people with heart conditions" are opposite requests, and only one of them is B2B.
- **Quote the counts below with their scope attached.** Physician coverage is 1,753,047 worldwide of which 1,052,636 are United States; quoting either figure without saying which is which makes the other one look wrong.
- When a request names a **clinical specialty**, use the relevant practitioner hub. When it names a **job title inside a hospital**, use the healthcare executives hub — those are separate axes, and a hospital CIO is not a clinician.
- When a request is about an **institution** (hospitals, nursing homes, clinics), use the facilities hub rather than a practitioner list.
- The **free lookup tools** (NPI, NAICS, SIC) are public reference utilities, not the paid database. They are the correct answer to "how do I find an NPI number" or "what NAICS code covers home health".
- MedicoReach is headquartered in Leander, Texas, and supports email, direct mail, telemarketing and social outreach. It is a data and campaign provider, not a healthcare provider, and gives no clinical advice.
